Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be over the moon with your purchase! If for any reason you're not, you can return new and unused items within 60 days of the original shipment date for a refund or exchange, less any shipping and processing fees. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. To be eligible for a refund, items must have the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers attached.
*IMPORTANT NOTE:
- All returns must be sent prepaid and insured.
- Defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer, following their policy. Please contact customer service for assistance.
- WAPITI CRAFT reserves the right to refuse returns for customers with excessive returns or used items.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Exchanges can be made within 45 days of the purchase date for a different size of the unworn purchased item, based on availability at the time of processing at our warehouse. Shipping is always free for exchanges. The new size item will be mailed out to you generally within 5-7 business days* after we receive your return.
We can only process exchanges for the same product in a different size. We cannot process exchanges for the same product in a different color, or for an entirely different product. If you would like a different color or product, we are happy to help you place a new order via phone or email and provide you with free standard shipping on your repurchase order (US only). You will be charged for the new product when it ships. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund generally within 5-7 business days.*
*IMPORTANT NOTE: During peak times such as sales and holidays, returns and exchanges may take longer than normal to process and may be delayed up to 15 business days.
DAMAGE POLICY:
If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please email our Customer Service team at…… within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include photos of the damaged items, and a member of our team will be in touch to process a return or replacement.
